We use this word all the time in fitness.
It's a sign of strength, a goal achieved, a mark of fitness.
Break the word down into two parts: PULL UP . . . as in something you do for someone else.
And those two words are all those same things we just talked about: a sign of strength, a goal achieved, a mark of fitness. Just now you've earned them by helping somebody else too.
So once you've pulled yourself up, pull somebody else up.
